Dress Rental Policy
At Beauty by Primo, each rental dress is carefully maintained and prepared so it arrives competition-ready. Please review the policies below before requesting a rental.
Rental Period
Rental pricing is based on one event or competition.
Your rental period, delivery or pickup date, and return deadline will be confirmed before your reservation is finalized.
If you need the dress for multiple events or an extended rental period, please contact Beauty by Primo for availability and pricing.
Availability
Submitting an availability request does not reserve a dress.
A rental is considered confirmed only after:
Dress availability has been approved
Fit and measurements have been reviewed
The rental agreement has been completed
The required security deposit has been paid
Dresses are reserved on a first-confirmed basis.
Rental Pricing
Rental prices vary by dress and are listed on each individual dress page.
Rental pricing generally reflects the dress style, construction, rhinestoning, materials, and overall value.
Shipping, if required, may be charged separately.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit equal to 50% of the rental price is required to reserve the dress.
The security deposit is separate from the rental fee.
The deposit will be refunded after the dress has been returned and inspected, provided there is no damage beyond normal wear and all rental terms have been followed.
Taxes and payment-processing fees, when applicable, are non-refundable.
Payment
The security deposit is due when the reservation is confirmed.
The remaining rental balance must be paid before the dress is shipped or released for pickup.
A dress will not be shipped or released until payment requirements have been completed.
Fit and Measurements
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements when requesting a rental.
Beauty by Primo will provide dress measurements and help determine whether a dress appears to be an appropriate fit, but an exact fit cannot be guaranteed.
Any temporary alterations must receive approval from Beauty by Primo before being made.
Permanent alterations, cutting, dyeing, gluing, or other permanent modifications are not permitted.
Normal Wear and Damage
Normal wear may include minor signs of use that reasonably occur during ballroom competition.
Customers may be financially responsible for damage beyond normal wear, including but not limited to:
Tears or holes
Significant staining
Broken closures
Damage caused by unauthorized alterations
Excessive rhinestone loss
Damage from improper storage or handling
Missing accessories or dress components
Any deduction from the security deposit will be based on the reasonable cost of repair, replacement materials, or loss of value.
Photos of the dress may be taken before and after each rental for condition documentation.
Cleaning
Standard cleaning following normal competition wear is included in the rental price.
Please do not wash, dry-clean, steam, iron, or apply cleaning products to the dress unless specifically instructed by Beauty by Primo.
Excessive staining or damage requiring specialized cleaning may result in a deduction from the security deposit.
Shipping and Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available by arrangement.
For shipped rentals, delivery and return instructions will be provided before the dress is sent.
Customers are responsible for following all provided return-shipping instructions and returning the dress by the agreed deadline.
Late Returns
Rental dresses must be returned by the confirmed return date.
Late returns may affect another customer's reservation.
Additional charges may apply for dresses returned after the agreed deadline, particularly when the delay interferes with another confirmed rental.
Please contact Beauty by Primo immediately if a return delay occurs.
Cancellation
Cancellations should be made as soon as possible.
Because a reserved dress is removed from availability for other customers, cancellation refunds may depend on how close the cancellation occurs to the rental date.
Any applicable cancellation terms and refund amounts will be confirmed in the rental agreement before payment.
Lost or Unreturned Dresses
If a dress is lost, stolen, or not returned, the renter may be responsible for the value of the dress as outlined in the signed rental agreement.
Accessories
Any accessories included with the rental will be listed before the reservation is finalized.
All included accessories must be returned with the dress.
Missing or damaged accessories may result in a deduction from the security deposit.
Rental Agreement
All renters must complete a Beauty by Primo rental agreement before receiving a dress.
The signed rental agreement contains the complete terms of the rental and takes precedence if there is any difference between the agreement and this general policy page.
